Sustainable ventilation refers to designing and operating ventilation systems in a way that minimises environmental impact, reduces energy consumption, and promotes healthier indoor environments.

Achieving sustainability in ventilation involves leveraging innovative technologies, efficient practices, and natural processes to ensure air quality while conserving resources.

We are committed and enjoy finding ways in which to reduce the impact of our work in the office, within our production lines and across our numerous construction sites.

Our patented Tite-lite Point-to-Point Galvanised Steel Ducting system with integral flanges, reduces potential leakage up to 70%, reduces weight up to 30%, and creates a carbon saving of 1.19kg on an average part, and a carbon saving of 2975kg, making it the ideal choice for any end user seeking to reduce the amount of energy used throughout the lifetime of their Building, or Structure.

  • Constantly review our product and service to ensure we are minimising waste, where possible
  • Recycle as much waste material as possible
  • Avoid the use of paper where possible. For example, send tenders, invoices and correspondence via electronic email
  • Recycle equipment that is no longer of use to the company. Such as; donating computers, printers and machines that we no longer use
  • Keep energy usage low. For example, making use of low energy light bulbs throughout our premises and ensuring that computers are shut down after hours
  • Utilise cordless tools, where possible
  • Better utilise paper by using both sides where possible and only printing when necessary
  • Realigning our design features to ensure that all steps are taken to minimise scrap, where possible

  • Purchase products made with recycled paper. For example, paper towels, printer paper
  • Purchase products with a lower environmental impact. For example, environmentally safe soaps and detergents
  • Avoid unnecessary travel by making use of instant messaging, video and audio conferencing, telephone, and email
